These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Siven Jewels LLP website and your purchase of products and services from Siven Jewels LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered at Surat, Gujarat (GST No: 24AFNFS3747L1ZE). By browsing this website, placing an order, or visiting our studio, you agree to the terms below.

1. Use of this website

This website is provided to help you explore our collections, request consultations and contact our studio. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to misrepresent your identity or interfere with the site's operation or security.

2. Products, pricing & gold rates

Jewellery prices are based on the prevailing gold and diamond rates on the date of billing, along with applicable making charges, stone value and GST, all of which are itemised on your invoice. Rates displayed on the website or quoted during consultations are indicative and may change without prior notice until an order is confirmed and billed.

3. Orders & custom designs

Orders for in-stock pieces are confirmed once payment (in full or as an advance, as applicable) is received. Custom and made-to-order pieces require a design sign-off and advance payment before production begins; delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order and may vary based on design complexity.

4. Hallmarking & certification

All gold jewellery sold by Siven Jewels LLP is BIS hallmarked in accordance with applicable Indian regulations, and diamond or gemstone pieces are accompanied by relevant certification where applicable. Certificates and hallmark details form part of the product invoice.

5. Payment terms

We accept payment via the modes displayed at our studio or communicated by our team, including bank transfer, card and UPI. For custom orders, the advance paid is adjusted against the final invoice; balance payment is due before or at the time of delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Delivery & risk

Orders may be collected in-studio or delivered through insured courier partners, as agreed at the time of purchase. Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon collection from the studio or upon delivery confirmation by our logistics partner.

7. Returns, exchange & buy-back

Unworn jewellery in original condition with invoice and certification may be returned or exchanged within the period communicated at the time of sale. Customised, engraved or made-to-order pieces are generally not eligible for return except in case of manufacturing defects. Gold exchange and buy-back are offered at prevailing rates, subject to purity verification and applicable deductions, as explained to you at our studio.

8. Warranty & after-sales care

We provide complimentary cleaning and basic maintenance for jewellery purchased from us, along with repair services for manufacturing defects identified within the warranty period stated on your invoice. Damage from misuse, accidents or normal wear is not covered.

9. Intellectual property

All designs, photographs, text and graphics on this website are the property of Siven Jewels LLP or its licensors and may not be reproduced, copied or used commercially without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of liability

While we take care to ensure information on this website is accurate, Siven Jewels LLP shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, except as required under applicable Indian consumer protection law.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat.
